Reasons to love heucheras

They have some of the most colourful foliage of any plant, and are sure to make a statement in your garden. Leaf colour ranges from vibrant greens, to soft burnt oranges to deep pinks, purple and almost black. Many varieties also produce teeny, tiny flowers in summer. They’re also great for brightening up shady spots as they thrive in partially shaded spaces. They also suited to container growing, and are a great choice for autumn pots.  

How to care for your heuchera

Heucheras are very easy to care for and require little maintenance. Plant your heuchera in a partially shaded spot- full sun will damage their leaves. Heucheras are a hardy plant, but make sure they aren’t too dry or too wet during extreme weather. Water well in dry spells. Feed once in spring using fish, blood and bone mix.
